Keeping up the blogging!

I must have been gone too long from blogging. No matter what I seem to do my spacing on the paragraphs won't come out right. So sorry loyal blog readers.

Just a quick thought this morning before I go out and pick some strawberries. Many of you know that our cute nephew and niece, Grant and Lindsee Thomas had their long awaited baby about 11 weeks early. Miss Elise, or "Elli" as they are calling her, is a champion. She is now getting stronger and making some wonderful progress in the NICU unit at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City. Lindsee and Grant are amazing parents and just some of the strongest people I know. Each week, since Elise's birth, Lindsee has given us a little update on her progress. As someone living 750 miles away, I am so grateful for the information shared.

This morning Lindsee shared a song that she has sung many times over the last year. I thought I would share it with you. It's called: "Be Strong."

"When the world and its temptations seem to call you by name, BE STRONG, be strong.
When they question everything you put your faith in everyday, BE STRONG, be strong.
And when your trials seem like they're too hard to bear, remember someone else stands by you who's already been there.
Be strong, and of good courage! Be not afraid. Stand firm in the faith. For the Lord will be with you wherever you go. Be His. Be one. Be strong!
"When the world tries to convince you to make the wrong choice.. BE STRONG, be strong.
If in the noise that's all around, you can't hear the Spirit's voice, BE STRONG, be strong.
And when you stand for something right and stand alone, remember someone else stands by you in our heavenly home.
BE STRONG and of good courage! BE not afraid. Stand firm in the faith. For the Lord will be with you wherever you go. Be His. Be one. Be strong!"

Happy Friday and hope you have a wonderful week-end. Be Strong and know that the Lord will be with you wherever you go! You are his!
