It's Monday!

It's Monday and I haven't blogged for about a week and a half. Just incase anyone is reading--YES!--we are still alive!

School, teaching, children, a husband, a home, a dog, primary and so many other things keep me running. At to the week, five parent teacher conferences and you can see that I have just been sitting around eating bon-bons.

It's been so amazing this week-end to read and share in so many wonderful blog entries. I am so glad that in the last little while I have seen some of my family and friends at "blogging" to their list of "to-do's." NICE! I love keeping up on what is going on and I especially love being able to have friends and family share their testimonies with me. Thanks!

Daren is off for a few days on a "business" trip. He is meeting his brother, Phil, in Boston and assures me that they will be attending conference classes all day and "maybe" meet in the dinner line at night! HA!HA!--Who does he think he is kidding?! I certainly wouldn't.

Primary is going pretty well right now. I am struggling to let a counselor go as she moves out of state in the next few months. I really enjoy working with her and she keeps life a little "softer" than I might be able to do. I am going to really miss her. Right now she is working night shifts at the hospital and so it's getting more and more difficult for her to be in Primary on Sundays. I struggle as I look around my LDS ward to find someone. It's a good thing I have a few weeks.

Teaching at UNK is going extremely well. I just love my students. We have visitors here from Weihi, CHINA. What a blessing those people have been in my life. The Lord is working miracles. I can hardly wait to see the next ten years of history unfold. I hope that in the next few years I will get a chance to visit China and to see this great place for myself. Such unique and wonderful experiences.

And lastly, Colin finally went and got his driver's license on Friday. I love it! YEAH!

Have a great Monday!

You are so funny! Yes, Colin is driving. He actually turned 16 in December, but I think getting hit by a car last year and breaking his collarbone kind of made him a little more cautious then he already is... :)

I know...Colin should remain 8 forever. BUT...I really do love having someone who can help out with the errands and...
